Mindspace and Perth Theatrehavebeen working with independent writer Jane Archer to deliver creative writing sessionsaimed at boosting mental wellbeing.
Arelaxed introduction to creative writing in a group setting, the sessions explore individual writing withoptions to share with others in the group. Each week builds on the previous week’s exercises.
The course is a great opportunity to develop creative interests as well as providing a safe space to connect and share with others with similar experiences, thus reducing social isolation.

Mindspace is a mental health and wellbeing charity that offers counselling, peer support and a recovery college that operates on a philosophy of the instillation of hope and self-belief.
